Professional Experience:

Florene Bellows is the HR Supervisor for Corporate Risk Solutions and Corporate Enterprise Security, Inc. Ms. Bellows has over 25 years of Human Resources generalist experience gained in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, sales, healthcare, and city government.  She is skilled in all aspects of the HR field with particular emphasis on the full lifecycle recruitment process.

As the HR Supervisor, Ms. Bellows plans, directs, and coordinates all staffing and recruitment practices, Human Resources activities, leadership and succession planning development and implementation, organizational compliance management and compensation and benefits administration in support of the organization. Operational responsibilities include:  recruitment and selection processes; coordination of employment testing; employee orientation and on-boarding programs; background and drug screening processes; succession planning and staff development; policy and procedure development; compliance maintenance and compliance documentation management; hiring and termination protocols and practice; and development of effective compensation and benefit programs for maximum retention and employee satisfaction.

In addition, Ms. Bellows follows direction set by the Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer and supports communication and staffing needs for merger and acquisition planning and transition activities for the organization. She also implements defined organizational and departmental staffing programs to ensure attainment of workforce goals for continued growth and profit of the organization.

  • Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Supervision – Central Michigan University
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources
